1000lb Rack pull! and a 900lb Squat!

Here is another classic example of how strong you can get using partial lifts inside a power rack. Noah Jeffries is only 13 years old and already heading in the same direction as his famous father, Strongman 'Bud Jeffries'. Here we see him pulling some astounding amounts of weight for someone so young...hell, if you can lift that much even an inch at any age you can run around bragging forever!

Just to show that his Dad is no slouch when it comes to massive strength here he is when he bagged a 900lb bottom position squat, which is the hardest squat you could ever do because you have to overcome inertia without the aid of the muscular elasticity that you get when you squat from the top down. He also performed this without a squat suit and totally drug free (lifelong drug free lifter status confimed). He had no knee wraps either, only a thick powerlifting belt. Check it out its 'AWESOME'.
